Founded in 2009, Overseas Catering & Services (OCS) delivers premier catering and facilities management services. With 3,300 dedicated employees, we serve 320+ clients across Morocco, Ivory Coast, and Senegal, achieving a turnover of 90 million euros in 2022.
Through our various subsidiaries, we provide solutions in catering, cleaning, Facilities Management, and childcare management. We operate in all sectors: industrial and tertiary, educational and university, health, social, correctional, extreme environments, defense, sports, and leisure…Our unwavering determination to continue our expansion in Africa is rooted in our vision to become the African leader in corporate services and a responsible economic player for sustainable development.
We aim to capitalize on our 14 years of valuable experience exclusively serving around 320 institutional clients across Africa in the fields of collective catering and Facilities Management.
Whether it’s schools, administrations, companies, public or private health facilities, factories, hotels, mines, detention centers, universities, training centers, and many more, we continuously strive to satisfy them and enhance their experience through innovation and our multi-service offerings.

The group has grown to become a leader in catering, with the brands Ansamble and Proxirest.
In addition to its catering services, the group offers cleaning services in Senegal under the Alizés brand, childcare services in Morocco under the À Deux Pas brand, and operates the La Croissanterie and Venezia Ice & Bakery franchises in Morocco.
As a rapidly growing group with high potential, OCS now benefits from the complementary expertise of its shareholders Adénia and Proparco(AFD) to continue its strategic vision. That of a leading group, having positive impacts on communities and territories, and focused on Africa. A major player driven by the desire to achieve both financial performance and high social and environmental standards.
