Retail Holding, groupe marocain leader dans le secteur de la distribution alimentaire et spécialisée et le fonds panafricain Améthis Mena Fund II, annoncent l’acquisition des activités du groupe Overseas CateringServices (OCS) au Maroc et au Sénégal. Le consortium Retail Holding/Améthis succède aux fonds d’investissement Adenia et Proparco, actionnaires du Groupe OCS depuis 2021.
