Ansamble in Africa and Eastern Europe
The OCS brand establishes itself in Morocco and Romania in the foodservice market, signing its first contracts with the Royal Moroccan Football Federation in Rabat and Renault in Bucharest.
Ansamble is developing
OCS continues to expand under license from Ansamble. This marks the start of new operations in Africa, the Middle East, Senegal, Mauritania, Turkey, Côte d'Ivoire and the United Arab Emirates. With the simultaneous launch of the base management business, specializing in catering and associated services in the defense, mining, oil & gas and construction sectors. Also in 2015, OCS created its Travel Retail subsidiary dedicated to commercial catering in railway stations and freeways, piloting the franchises, Venezia Ice and La Croissanterie. And À Deux Pas , specialized in the management of company crèches, is created.
Acquisition of Alizés
In 2017, Alizés, the leading cleaning company in Senegal, joined the group, strengthening its presence in the country with 700 employees and 180 clients. New areas of expertise in facilities management are being developed: industrial cleaning, green space maintenance, bio-cleaning and facility maintenance.
Acquisition of Proxirest
OCS acquires Proxirest, the fourth-largest contract caterer in Morocco. This strategic acquisition strengthens our position in the contract catering market and enables us to combine our expertise to offer even more efficient and innovative catering services. New shareholders: Adenia Partners and Proparco acquire OCS Groupe. This acquisition will accelerate OCS's development on the continent and strengthen its multiservice activities, while speeding up its transition to a strong ESG policy.
